Automatic access

When a guest makes a reservation through the booking system, the licence plate is automatically transferred to Park-R via an API connection. During the valid reservation period, the guest is granted seamless access to the site. No access cards, wristbands or manual checks are required.
For permanent guests, multiple licence plates can be registered, for example for a partner or a second vehicle. At the same time, rules can be applied to allow only one vehicle on site at any given moment. This keeps parking pressure under control without creating unnecessary restrictions for guests.

The system operates largely unnoticed by guests. Day visitors enter the site where permitted, without being confronted with visible controls. Permanent guests can optionally use an app to manage their licence plates. If preferred, this can also be handled easily via reception.
For operators, clarity increases significantly. A single dashboard provides real time insight into which vehicles are on site, when they entered and whether agreements are being followed. Physical checks at the gate are no longer required, while control over the site actually improves.
