In the past, shared remote controls or universal access systems often created problems: car parks filled up with more vehicles than allowed. In one case in a busy city centre, companies paid for their own spaces but couldn’t use them because employees from other firms simply opened the gate with a remote and parked there.
Park-R solved this by using licence plate recognition and vehicle counting per company based on allocated spaces. This way, every business gained both visibility and control. All companies work within the same management environment, but with fully separate access to their own licence plates, users and data.

Park-R is built for shared use, giving each organisation its own management environment. A site manager can delegate rights to company managers, who then add employees or handle reservations. Each business decides whether to give staff access via the app or manage it centrally through HR or reception.
At the same time, Park-R keeps everything clear: the system records exactly which vehicles entered, when, and through which gate. Reports are available per company and provide valuable data, for example to report to property owners or municipalities. At many sites, Park-R is also used to demonstrate parking demand and justify future expansion.

Park-R adapts to any setup. Whether it’s a single barrier for both entry and exit, separate barriers in each direction, or multiple gates with different functions, the system fits. Cameras can be installed at entry, exit or both, depending on the level of control and whether the Base or Pro module is used.
Some locations also use Park-R to make better use of unused capacity. Outside office hours, parking spaces can be rented out to visitors of a train station, city centre or event. With payment modules such as QR or PIN via PAY.NL, creating an extra revenue stream is simple — without adding admin for the manager.
