The manager had little control over who parked when, and supervision required physical presence on site. The situation called for a future-proof and manageable solution.

With the Base version of Park-R, this apartment complex switched to licence plate recognition and digital parking management. No more physical tags or cards: the manager now oversees everything remotely through the online management portal.
