At a new construction project in Leiden with both rental and owner-occupied apartments, parking management had to be properly organised right from the start. The garage was equipped with a combined speed gate, but there was no system in place for access control or oversight. Key requirements included: residents should only be able to enter with one vehicle at a time, manage their own licence plates and register visitors.
